What Should We Wear?
The right choice of clothing is essential for your session. My two biggest suggestions are “coordinated is better than matchy-matchy” and “comfort is key”.
If your brand new shoes don’t quite fit, or the clothing is much more formal than you usually wear, it will show. Make sure you’re comfortable in what you’re wearing.
For sessions with multiple people, work with coordinated colors and avoid matchy-matchy. Try a patterned piece for one family member, then pull coordinating colors from that pattern for others to wear. Another option is to pick 2-3 main colors plus a neutral (black, white, gray) for everyone to wear. Try to avoid multiple people wearing patterns as they can sometimes compete and distract the eye.
Can I have all of the images from our session?
The images that I deliver to you are specifically chosen as the best shots during our session. Many times, there are images of someone blinking, not looking, talking etc. that are not flattering. I spend a significant time after our session making sure that I deliver the best images possible to you.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Evelyn Reyes Photography accepts cash, check and credit/debit card.
Can you Photoshop my images?
Yes, however there is an additional cost to each image that is altered. Price is based on requested changes to the image and will be discussed before any alterations are done.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Images? And How Many Do I Get?
Digital files from your sessions are delivered within 2 weeks of the session via email with a direct link to an online gallery. From that link, you can order prints, download the images directly to your computer and even forward the album to friends and family.
Every session is different, therefore the number of images provided can vary. It depends on the number of people included in the session, (and how cooperative they were!), what type of event you had, how many locations we visited and how long we were together. Typically, for a one hour portrait session, 20-40 images are delivered.
When Should I Book My Session?
Sessions can be booked at anytime, however booking in advance helps to ensure that I am available.
How Can I Book A Session with Evelyn?
After we discuss your needs, I will email you a contract with all the details. A signed contract and a deposit are both required to hold the time and date of your session/event exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your session/event.
